The Volunteer Training Course is a stimulating and interactive course designed to prepare individuals for lay counseling in the PC Ministry. This class welcomes both male and female volunteers.
Our next 10-week Volunteer Training Class begins September 29, 2020, 6-9pm at Mid-Atlantic Community Church.
Using the Bible as a guide, the Volunteer Training Course covers various counseling and communication skills as well as information on critical topics, such as abortion methods, adoption, abstinence, and sexually transmitted diseases. Many Ways to Volunteer
Are you feeling called to serve in this Ministry? For most of our volunteer positions, the Volunteer Training Course is required. For those positions where it is not required, it is still highly encouraged. Most participants find the classes interesting, challenging, and helpful in everyday life. Our volunteers are both female and male and a variety of ages and backgrounds. There are many ways to volunteer:
