The Volunteer Training Class is a stimulating and interactive course designed to prepare individuals for lay counseling in the Pregnancy Clinic Ministry.
Using the Bible as a guide, the Volunteer Training Class covers various counseling and communication skills as well as information on critical topics, such as pregnancy termination methods, adoption, abstinence, and sexually transmitted diseases. Many Ways to Volunteer
The Pregnancy Clinic is a diverse ministry and there is a role for everyone. For most of our volunteer positions, the Volunteer Training Class is required. For those positions where it is not required, it is still highly encouraged. Most participants find the class interesting, challenging, and helpful in everyday life. Our volunteers are both female and male and a variety of ages and backgrounds. There are many ways to volunteer:
